After Pregnancy
After childbirth is called the postpartum period, which begins immediately after birth and lasts about 6 weeks. Recovery time after childbirth depends on the mother and the method of delivery (vaginal or cesarean), but it takes at least six weeks for the body to initially recover and several months to return to normal. Normal symptoms include lochia (vaginal bleeding), uterine cramping, fatigue, and soreness at the incision site or perineum. The cervix will begin to contract immediately after delivery but will take about four to six weeks to close completely. Proper medical care and rest are important during this period.
What does a mother need after giving birth?
After giving birth, mothers need to prepare items to support self-care and baby care. Nursing pads, nipple cream, breast pump, and milk storage bags to support breastfeeding. To recover, mothers should use perineum spray, cooling pads, ice packs, disposable underwear, and sanitary napkins. Nursing pillow, comfortable clothes. In addition, do not forget to prepare diapers and necessary products for the baby. Please refer to the products below!

The postpartum period is a time for mothers to recover and take care of the baby. After giving birth, the body needs to heal, especially after a caesarean section or tear, with postpartum bleeding and hormonal changes. Mothers may feel tired, anxious and have difficulty sleeping. Caring for the baby includes breastfeeding, changing diapers and establishing a routine. A balanced diet is important for the health and development of the baby. Emotional changes, such as stress or depression, can occur, making support from family and mental health professionals extremely important. Rest, good nutrition and relaxation are essential to recovering and enjoying motherhood. See products for your baby right next door!

Postpartum Wound Care
The postpartum period, or the fourth trimester, is the time after childbirth when a mother recovers physically and emotionally while adjusting to life with a newborn. This phase includes healing from delivery, whether vaginal or cesarean, and managing hormonal changes that can affect mood. New mothers often face sleep deprivation, breastfeeding challenges, and the need to establish a bond with their baby.

Postpartum wound care is essential for a smooth recovery after childbirth, whether from a vaginal delivery or cesarean section. Proper care helps wounds heal faster, prevents infections, and supports overall well-being. For vaginal deliveries, perineal tears or episiotomy sites need gentle cleaning and soothing. C-section wounds require diligent cleaning and monitoring for signs of infection, like redness or swelling. Neglecting care can lead to complications and delayed healing. By following medical advice and maintaining hygiene, new mothers can recover more comfortably and focus on caring for their baby with confidence.

Postpartum hair care
To care for your hair and reduce shedding after pregnancy, use volumizing products, avoid heat styling, and wash your hair only when necessary. Stimulate your scalp, eat foods rich in vitamins and fruits, and use a good conditioner to keep your hair healthy. Avoid conditioning shampoos, tight styling, and always be gentle with your hair. Minoxidil can help stimulate hair growth, but consult your doctor. Postpartum hair loss usually lasts 3 to 6 months and will recover over time.
