How do I make a return?
Returns can be made within 30 days after your order has been dispatched.

We strive to always improve our processes and have therefore replaced the physical papers; return labels and shipping notes with digital documents, available for print out if needed. This way we can avoid paper documents going directly into the bin, creating additional waste for our customers. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packed in their undamaged original packaging (e.g. shoe box, plastic bag or product packaging) with the tags still attached to the item. All accessories or manuals should also be included. Please use the original outer packaging that your order arrived in when you make your return.
Kindly note that it is not allowed to tape any documents or labels directly to the product. Packaging (inner packaging). The right to return does not apply to goods that have been washed, used or are damaged. If you have received a damaged product or wish to file a claim, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service. Due to health and hygiene reasons, the right to return does not apply to underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles or hair accessories. Exceptions are made for breastfeeding bras (when tried on with a breastfeeding insert) and swimwear (if tested with underwear).
The right to return does not apply to mounted strollers or car seats, due to safety reasons. You do, however, have the right to open the box and look over the product (e.g. the color). If you are uncertain whether the right to return applies or not, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Due to the automated return process, you cannot combine multiple returns in the same package.
Note: You as the customer have the financial responsibility of ensuring your return is on its way to us. Please make sure to request a receipt when you return the package or save the tracking ID.

How do I make an exchange?

If you wish to exchange a product to a different size or color, you can easily do so by placing a new order on the website and returning the other product for a refund.
This way you will avoid unnecessary delays in receiving the exchanged product or the risk of the item being out of stock. If you purchased the item on sale or used a discount code, please contact our customer service after you have received the new order and the price difference will be refunded.
Please note that a return fee applies to all returns sent back to our warehouse.
What applies in case of right of withdrawal?
When purchasing goods from us, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal or without a price tag/tag.
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, nursing pads and hair accessories cannot be returned. Exceptions are made for returns of nursing bras (if you have tried with nursing pads) and swimwear (that have been tried on over underwear).

When you cancel your purchase and have registered your return digitally within 14 days, the amount you paid for the item including original delivery costs will be refunded.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
I have not received my refund yet. What should I do?
Due to a recent system change in our warehouse the return process is currently longer than usual. You will receive a confirmation of your refund as soon as your return has been processed.
As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used when making your order. It may take up to 5 business days for our Returns department to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the parcel on the courier’s website.
- If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.
- If you have chosen Klarna invoice, the returned goods will be corrected on your invoice. PLEASE NOTE: During holiday periods the processing time for your return may exceed 5 business days.
